General Manager

Craig joined the Cork and Tap team in 2022 as the General Manager and runs the show, from staffing down to club selections. Craig brings over 15 years of hospitality experience, having managed multiple restaurants, bartending, and overseeing wine and beer programs for a large local restaurant group. In his spare time, Craig is out and about with his Berne-Doodle, Linc, or at home cleaning up after the shoes Linc loves to destroy.

Buddy is a motor-head at heart and you’ll likely see his Jaguar F-Type R parked out front of Cork and Tap in the summer. He is also an infamous craft wood and metal worker, having built all of Cork & Tap’s custom tables, shelves, and signage. Find Buddy’s custom-built wine bottle holders on display in our retail section, which can be custom ordered! If you happen to catch him in Cork and Tap, you’ll likely meet his French Bulldog, _____.

JP has called Coeur d’Alene home since day one (or the year you moved here, if so from where?). When he’s not traveling for work as Chief Strategy Officer for Advanced Benefits, you will find JP working hard on his Cougar Gultch property, likely with a craft beer in hand, or spending time with his kids and girlfriend. JP is the brains behind our beer program and club, with an insatiable love for local, craft beers and sourcing sought-after beer releases you won’t find at any old beer shop.
